Your consultant will provide all the information you need on the best way to protect your family and your wealth. We will provide a Fixed Fee quote according to your needs in advance of any work to be carried out with time to consider any advice.
Will Writing
We provide full advice on the best way to write a Will and how to distribute your estate from just £145 inc. vat. and all advice and guidance. A 15% discount is available for mirror Wills.
Trusts

Power of Attorney
We take care of every aspect of registering a Lasting Power of Attorney from only £235 inc. vat. including all advice and guidance. A 15% discount is available for double LPA's.
Funeral Plans
Your own Prepaid Funeral Plan will Freeze the cost of a Funeral at today's price and is the best way to tell your loved ones what you would want for your Funeral, it can alleviate all the stress and worry of all the arrangements.
Why write a Will?
In the UK more than 67% of people die without a valid Will.
This could be for a number of reasons including; forgetting to sign the Will, not getting it witnessed correctly, losing the Will, not telling family members where the Will can be found or, it may have even been destroyed!
We are sure a high percentage of those dying without a valid or up to date Will also include people who have been meaning to write a Will but have just not got round to it... too busy living!
Truthfully, nobody really likes to think about dying but from a practical point of view, it is better for all concerned if you do write your Will or update it as soon as possible as not doing so will almost certainly cause huge stress and uncertainty for those you leave behind.
It's also worth mentioning the high legal cost of sorting out what should happen to your belongings, your property, your savings and any other assets you own (aka your estate). When a person dies without a valid or up to date Will they leave any decisions about what should happen to their estate to the Courts (a complete stranger) when they are no longer around.
Dying without a Will is known in law as "dying intestate" and as an intestate the courts will decide what should happen to your final estate after any debts or financial obligations have been paid off according to the rules of intestacy.
The Courts will also decide what should happen to any orphaned children or pets.
